- Very high season 2023: 1195€/week + 70€ cleaning package
from July 8 till August 26

- High season 2023: 750€/week + 70€ cleaning package

From June 3 till July 8

From August 26 till September 30

- Medium season 2023: 530€/week + 70€ cleaning package

From April 8 till June 3

- Else 2023: 385€/week + 70€ cleaning package

The cleaning package includes 4 hours  of cleaning upon departure as well as house linens (bed sheets, 2 towels per person) and beds ready upon arrival in the 2 main bedrooms.

Animals will be charged an additional 30-euro fee

- Minimum booking is 1 week.

- Bookings start on a Saturday 2PM till the next Saturday 10AM

- Except bookings in July and August, a discount of 5% for the 2nd consecutive week or 7% for 3rd and more consecutive weeks will apply.

- Not included in the booking price: the city tax, the 70€ cleaning package and the electricity based on real consumption.

- Bookings will be confirmed with a 25% down payment.

- Balance is due 1 month before arrival, together with a deposit of 200€
